Ingredients
- 1 tomato tin
- 1 1/2 tin water
- 1/4 onion (chopped)
- 3 green chillies (chopped)
- knob of butter
- 1 tbsp. plain flour
- salt to taste
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 2-3 tbsps double cream or according to preferance
Method
- Recite Bismillah
- Boil one tin tomato with 1 1/2 tin water for 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Liquidize in blender.
- In a pot cook onion & green chilies in butter till transparent.
- Add plain flour & braise.
- Sieve liquidized tomato into the braised mixture.
- Add stock cube dissolved in a little bit of boiling water to the above.
- Cook till desired consistency, add cream & season.
- Serve with garlic bread or buns.
