
Recipe 1:
Ingredients
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 2 tbsps tin tomato (grounded)
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder or to taste
- 1 green chilli (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Drizzle of oil
- Fresh coriander to garnish
Method
- Recite Bismillah.
- Cook onions till transparent.
- Add ginger garlic paste & spices. Cook for few seconds.
- Then add tomato & cook till oil begins to release.
- Add egg & stir continuously till desired consistency.
- Garnish with fresh chopped coriander.
- Serve with hot hot paratah or buttered toast & masalah baked beans. (click here for recipe)
