Ingredients
- A drizzle of oil
- 1/4 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder or to taste
- 1/4 cup grounded tin tomato
- Less than 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tin baked beans
- Fresh chopped coriander
Method
- Recite Bismillah.
- Cook onions in oil till transparent.
- Then add ginger garlic paste & cook for a few seconds.
- Add the spices and cook for a few seconds.
- Now add the grounded tin tomato & cook till oil releases.
- Add the baked beans & cook till piping hot.
- Garnish with chopped coriander & serve with eggs or even chappatis!
