Masalah Egg Bhurji

Recipe 1:

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • 2 tbsps tin tomato (grounded)
  • 1/2 onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder or to taste
  • 1 green chilli (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Drizzle of oil
  • Fresh coriander to garnish

Method

  1. Recite Bismillah.
  2. Cook onions till transparent.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste & spices. Cook for few seconds.
  4. Then add tomato & cook till oil begins to release.
  5. Add egg & stir continuously till desired consistency.
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander.
  7. Serve with hot hot paratah or buttered toast & masalah baked beans. (click here for recipe)

  • Handful of fresh chopped coriander
