
Ingredients
- 1 kg beef
- 3 tsp steak & chops spice – should be available in your local Asian grocery store
- 1 tsp garlic
- 3 tsp minced chilli / chilli sauce
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- few knobs of butter
Mixed veg:
- mixed veg (we use the frozen packet from Sainsburys)
- few knobs of butter
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Method 1
- Recite Bismillah
- Marinate beef in above ingredients for a few hours.
- Cook on low heat till tender.
- Just before serving add a few knobs of butter & cook till butter melts.
- Cook mixed veg in the listed ingredients till tender
- Serve with mash potato / chips, mixed veg & mushroom sauce. (see recipe)

Method 2
- Recite Bismillah
- Marinate beef in above ingredients for a few hours.
- Fry in a griddle pan with a drizzle of oil & knob of butter till tender.
- Meanwhile cook mixed veg in the listed ingredients till tender
- Serve with mash potato / chips, mixed veg & mushroom sauce. (see recipe)
