Chocolate Cornflakes/Rice Krispies Cakes

  • 100g Belgian chocolate
  • 2 tbsps golden syrup
  • 50g butter
  • 90g cornflakes / Rice Krispies
  • Rainbow sprinkles


  1. Recite Bismillah.
  2. Melt chocolate over a double boiler. (In a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water on low heat).
  3. Add in the butter & golden syrup. Stir till butter has melted & everything is well combined.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add the cornflakes / Rice Krispies & combine well.
  6. Spoon into 12 cupcake cases.
  7. Sprinkle some sprinkles.
  8. Allow to cool in the fridge for few hours. Enjoy!
