Raita

Ingredients

  • Yoghurt according to preference
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onions
  • a sprinkle of freshly chopped coriander
  • 2 -3 green chillies (ringed)
  • Salt to taste
  • Grounded black pepper / Cumin powder to taste

Method

  1. Recite Bismillah
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. You may want to omit any vegetables according to preference. Season with salt & either cumin powder or pepper to taste.
  3. Serve with Biryani & any other dishes you like! Enjoy!
