- Yoghurt according to preference
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- a sprinkle of freshly chopped coriander
- 2 -3 green chillies (ringed)
- Salt to taste
- Grounded black pepper / Cumin powder to taste
- Recite Bismillah
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. You may want to omit any vegetables according to preference. Season with salt & either cumin powder or pepper to taste.
- Serve with Biryani & any other dishes you like! Enjoy!
