
Ingredients
• 1 packet Turkish Tostada / ulker biscuits (you can even use sponge fingers or tennis biscuits)
• 150 ml milk
• 600ml double cream
•155g condensed milk
• 250g pistachio paste
•250g mascarpone cheese
• Chopped pistachios to garnish
• Pistachio paste to garnish / drizzle
Method
- Recite Bismillah.
- Whip double cream till thick but runny.
- Add mascarpone cheese, condensed milk & pistachio paste. Whip till it forms soft peaks.
- Dip biscuits in milk & lay them in a dessert dish of your choice.
- Add a layer of the pistachio mousse. Repeat another two times.
- Melt pistachio paste and pour or drizzle on top. Garnish with pistachio nuts.
