Pineapple & mango dessert

Ingredients

  • 600ml double cream
  • 1 tin pineapple crush / pineapple chunks (435g)
  • 1 tin condensed milk (397g)
  • 1 packet mango flavoured jelly
  • 1 flake chocolate

Method

  1. Recite Bismillah.
  2. Make jelly according to the instructions on the packet. Allow to set for 6 hours.
  3. Whip double cream till it forms soft peaks.
  4. Add condensed milk & whip till thick & fluffy.
  5. Add crushed pineapple. If you are using chunks or ringed, then drain the juice & can crush them in a blender.
  6. Grate the jelly & add to the above.
  7. Fold in grated jelly & crushed pineapple till when combined. Pour into a serving dish.
  8. Garnish with flake. Chill for a few hours & enjoy!
