
Ingredients
- 600ml double cream
- 1 tin pineapple crush / pineapple chunks (435g)
- 1 tin condensed milk (397g)
- 1 packet mango flavoured jelly
- 1 flake chocolate
Method
- Recite Bismillah.
- Make jelly according to the instructions on the packet. Allow to set for 6 hours.
- Whip double cream till it forms soft peaks.
- Add condensed milk & whip till thick & fluffy.
- Add crushed pineapple. If you are using chunks or ringed, then drain the juice & can crush them in a blender.
- Grate the jelly & add to the above.
- Fold in grated jelly & crushed pineapple till when combined. Pour into a serving dish.
- Garnish with flake. Chill for a few hours & enjoy!
