Ingredients
- 2 chickens (cut into pieces)
- 1 tsp ginger garlic
- Salt to taste (if needed)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 2 tsp green chillies (or to taste)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 whole green chillies
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- Few knobs of butter
Method
- Recite Bismillah.
- Marinate chicken in listed ingredients for a few hours.
- Add the butter & cook on medium heat till chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve with roast potatoes. Enjoy!
