Thai Sweet Chilli Mayo Salad Dressing

Ingredients 

  • 3 tbsps mayonnaise
  • Thai sweet chilli sauce to taste (we use the encona brand from Tesco / home bargains)
  • Balsamic vinegar to taste

Method 

  1. Recite Bismillah
  2. In a bowl combine all the ingredients.
  3. Pour over your salad & enjoy!
