Thai Mango Salad

Ingredients 

  •  1 cup semi riped mango (julienne striped)
  • 1 cup red pepper (julienne striped)
  • 1 cup orange pepper (julienne striped)
  • 1 cup yellow pepper  (julienne striped)
  • 1 cup carrots  (julienne striped)
  • 1 cup red onions  (julienne striped)

Dressing:

  • Passion fruit & mango coulis ( we use used Sainsbury’s taste the difference brand)
  • Thai sweet chilli sauce to taste (we use the encona brand from Tesco / home bargains)
  • Tin mango pulp

Method

  1. Recite Bismillah.
  2. Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Then place the salad in your serving dish.
  4. Dress with the dressing. Enjoy!

Tip: A quick way to cut fruit or vegetables in julienne strips is by using a food processor or a julienne peeler. ( See on YouTube)
