~Recipe Credit: Mummy Bobat~
Ingredients
- 2 chickens
- 2 tbsps yogurt
- 5 tsps tandoori masala
- 1 tsp salt
- Juice of one lemon
- 120g tomato puree
- 4 tbsps oil
- 1 tsp green chillies
- 2 tsps paprika powder
- 2 tsps red chilli powder or to taste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 onion (chunked)- optional
- 1/2 green pepper (chunked)- optional
Method
- Recite Bismillah.
- Marinate chicken, green pepper & onions in listed ingredients for a few hours.
- Place in a oven proof dish with a few knobs of butter & cover with foil
- Preheat oven to 200c.
- Bake for 45 minutes till fully cooked. (Turn around after 25 mins)
- Serve with chips. Enjoy!
