
Ingredients
- 300g noodles (chings vegetable haka noodles)
- 250g boneless chicken (cubed)
- Schezwan chutney to taste (available online or in barakats in Bolton)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Green chillies to taste
- 1/2 a carrot / 1 cup carrot (stripped into small strips )
- 4 tbsps oil
- 2 cups of finely sliced cabbage
- 1 cup of mixed peppers (sliced)
- 1/2 cup of mushrooms (sliced)
- soy sauce to taste
- Sliced spring onions to garnish
Method
- Recite Bismillah.
- Marinate chicken in 1 tbsp soy sauce, salt, pepper & green chillies to taste.
- Heat 2 tbsps of oil in a wok.
- Add chicken & stir fry on high heat till tender. Remove from wok.
- Heat another 2 tbsps of oil in the wok.
- Add cabbage, carrots, mixed peppers & mushrooms. Stir fry on high heat.
- Add in chicken, schezwan chutney & soy sauce. Cook for a few mins. Turn off heat.
- Boil noodles according to instructions & add to the above.
- Add more chutney if needed.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve.
