Ingredients
- Tortilla Wraps
- 250g boneless chicken
- Few home made marinade blocks (see recipe)
- salt to taste
- Cheese
- chopped red onion
- Chopped peppers
- Mayonnaise
Method
- Recite Bismillah
- Cook chicken with marinade until tender (add salt if needed).
- Mix chicken with desired amount of mayo (optional).
- Place a wrap on a griddle (tawi), with some of the chicken, chopped red onions, peppers cheese & desired sauces. Place another wrap on top. Cook on both sides till crispy.
