One for the ketchup lovers!

Ingredients 

• 2 slices of bread
• Butter to spread
• Ketchup
• Grated cheddar cheese
• 2 tbsp mixed peppers (chopped into very small pieces)
• Mayonnaise

Method

1. Recite Bismillah
2. In a small bowl add just enough mayonnaise to cover the peppers. Mix & set aside.
3. Prepare the toastie by buttering both the sides of the slices of bread.
4. Next squeeze enough ketchup to cover one slice of the bread.
5. Add desired amount of cheese.
6. Then add the peppers & mayonnaise mixture.
7. Place the second slice of bread to form a sandwich.
8. Toast in a toastie maker till golden & crispy! Enjoy!
