Jalapeño Samosas 


  • Samosa par
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Breadcrumbs


  • 500g boneless chicken (cubed into small pieces)
  • Salt to taste
  • 6 tbsps jalapeño sauce or to taste
  • 6 tbsps crystal hot sauce or to taste (Available in Manchester superstore/ Barkats / Asian grocery stores
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice or to taste
  • 3 tbsps butter
  • Grated cheddar cheese according to preference
  • A sprinkle of fresh coriander (chopped)


  1. Recite Bismillah.
  2. Combine chicken, salt, sauces, lemon & butter in a pot.
  3. Cook on medium heat till chicken is tender & water has evaporated.
  4. Allow to cool.
  5. Add cheese, fresh coriander & mix.
  6. Fill samosas.
  7. Dip in egg & coat in breadcrumbs.
  8. Freeze & fry till golden as needed. Enjoy!

    1. We cannot say as everyone has a different way of filling samoas in terms of size & how much filling is filled.
