Ingredients
- 1 pound lamb
- 1 Tblsp Yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp steak & chops spice
- 1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp ginger garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Rosemary sprinkle
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 – 1/2 tsp jeeru powder
- 1/4 tsp Arad
- 2/3 tbsp tomato juice
- 1/2 tsp red chillies
Method
- Marinate lamb in above ingredients for a couple of hours.
- Cook on low heat till soft & tender.
