Healthy Lamb

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lamb
  • 1 Tblsp Yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp steak & chops spice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp ginger garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Rosemary sprinkle
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp jeeru powder
  • 1/4 tsp Arad
  • 2/3 tbsp tomato juice
  • 1/2 tsp red chillies

Method

  1. Marinate lamb in above ingredients for a couple of hours.
  2. Cook on low heat till soft & tender.
