Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 6 tbsps oil
- 7 tbsp grounded tomato
- 3 green chillies
- A handful of coriander (dhana)
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- red chilli powder to taste
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
Method
- Recite Bismillah
- In a chopper add grounded tomato, green chillies, a handful of coriander & garlic.
- Blend & pour over chicken.
- Add cumin powder, turmeric, red chillies, lemon juice, paprika & salt. Mix & marinate the chicken well.
- In a pot slice onion & fry in oil till pinkish in colour.
- Then add chicken & cook on low heat till chicken is fully cooked. Add water if needed.
