A dry chicken best served on the side. We usually have this with curry kitchri etc.
Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 1/2 tsp ginger garlic
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 3 tbsps vinegar
- 1 tbsp ghee / butter
- Fresh chopped red chillies to taste
Method
- Recite Bismillah.
- Marinate chicken in above.
- Cook on low heat till tender.
