Ingredients
- 1kg boneless chicken (cut into big chunks)
- minced green chillies to taste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 750g onions (chunked)
- 3/4 bunch fresh coriander (finely chopped)
- 1 bunch spring onions (finely chopped)
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
- 7 tbsps oil
- 1 tsp ginger garlic
- 2 tsps salt
- 3 tsps coriander powder
- 2 tsps cumin powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
Method
- Recite Bismillah.
- Cook chicken breast chunks in turmeric powder, ginger garlic , green chillies & salt on high heat till half cooked.
- Mince the chicken in a mincer. Set aside.
- Chop onion in a food processor.
- In another pot cook onions & cumin seeds in oil till the water burns.
- Add ginger garlic, salt & let it cook for a few mins.
- Now add the cumin & coriander powder & cook for few mins.
- Add the minced chicken & black pepper. Cook on high heat till completely dry.
- Add the fresh coriander & Spring onions. Season with salt if needed.
- Fill samosas, freeze & fry as needed.
