Chicken & Chips

Ingredients

  •  1 kg boneless chicken
  • 4 Tbsp  peri peri Portuguese seasoning flakes
  • 1 tsp red chillies
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp nandos peri peri sauce
  • 2 tsp minced red chilli sauce (we use the nishaan brand)
  • Few home made marinade blocks ( see marinade recipe)

 

  • 1 big onion
  • Red onion (optional)
  • green chillies

Method

  1.  Recite Bismillah
  2. Marinate chicken in above ingredients.
  3. Heat oil in pan. Add chicken & cook on high.
  4. Remove chicken from pan & place in a dish.
  5. Heat some oil in same pan.
  6.  Slice onions .
  7. Cut green chillies into rings.
  8. Cook chillies & onion in same pan until transparent & add to chicken.
  9. Serve with chips.
