
Ingredients
- 1 kg puff pastry
- 1 lb cheese
- 2 medium onions
- 8 medium potatoes
- salt & pepper to taste
- double cream as needed
- 1 beaten egg
Method
- Recite Bismillah
- Boil potatoes.
- Peel & mash. Add double cream & mix till smooth & creamy.
- Cube onions & cook in a bit of butter till transparent.
- Add onions to mash potatoes.
- Add cheese, egg, salt & pepper to taste.
- Roll out puff pastry & fill.
- Freeze & bake as needed on 180c till lightly golden.
