

Ingredients
- 1 small chopped onion
- 500g beef (cubed)
- Few knobs of the butter
- 1 big potatoe (cubed & boiled)
- 1 carrot (cubed & boiled)
- 4 tbsps grounded tomato
- Green chillies to taste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 heaped tsps cornflour (mixed with a little water)
- Puff pastry / short crust pastry (we prefer puff pastry)
- Beaten egg to glaze
Method
- Recite Bismillah
- Cook onions in butter till transparent.
- Add beef, garlic paste and green chillies. Cook on low heat till tender.
- Then add the vegetables, tomato and spices. Cook for few mins or till water evaporates.
- Add cornflour mix & cook for few mins. Allow to cook till everything is tender.
- Fill pies, glaze & freeze on a tray.
- Once they are frozen fill them in a zip lock bag.
- Bake as needed on 180c till golden. Enjoy !
