Ingredients
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 3 tbsps oil
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Green chillies to taste
- 1 tsp msg
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp pepper or to taste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 250g boneless chicken (cubed)
- 200ml tomato / passata
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 200g spaghetti (boiled)
- 1-2 tbsps soy sauce or to taste
Method
- Recite Bismillah.
- Cook onions in oil till soft.
- Add ginger garlic & cook for few seconds.
- Now add chicken, green chillies, salt, pepper, turmeric, chilli powder & cumin powder. Cook till water evaporates.
- Add tin tomato / passata & tomato puree, soya sauce, msg & cook till oil releases.
- Add boiled spaghetti to the sauce & combine well. Season & add more soy sauce if needed.
- Garnish with chopped coriander & fried purr (samosa pastry).
