Peanut Butter Cookies


  • 1 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate soda
  •  227g butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 3/4 cup choc chips


  1. Recite Bismillah.
  2. Preheat oven to 190c.
  3. Combine flour & baking soda.
  4. In a separate bowl beat butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar & vanilla until creamy. (we recommend using the stand mixer for this)
  5. Beat in egg.
  6. Gradually beat in flour mixture & then add choc chips.
  7. Scoop on parchment paper using ice cream scoop and gently pat down.
  8. Bake at 190c for 8-12 mins until edges are set but centre is still soft. Store in a air tight container once cool. Enjoy!
