Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 tsp bicarbonate soda
- 227g butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 cup choc chips
Method
- Recite Bismillah.
- Preheat oven to 190c.
- Combine flour & baking soda.
- In a separate bowl beat butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar & vanilla until creamy. (we recommend using the stand mixer for this)
- Beat in egg.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture & then add choc chips.
- Scoop on parchment paper using ice cream scoop and gently pat down.
- Bake at 190c for 8-12 mins until edges are set but centre is still soft. Store in a air tight container once cool. Enjoy!
