Jelly & Mascarpone Mousse

  • 2 x jelly of your choice
  • 3/4 pint double cream (426ml)
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 1 tub mascarporne cheese
  • fruits for decoration
  • chocolate curls / grated chocolate


  1. Recite Bismillah
  2. Make jelly according to instructions on packet.
  3. Pour about half way into a dish of your choice.
  4. Allow to set.
  5. Meanwhile whip the cream till you achieve soft peaks.
  6. Add the condensed milk & mascarpone cheese & whisk till well combined.
  7. Fill the mousse in a piping bag & pipe using a 1m wilton nozzle or simply spread on top of the jelly.
  8. Decorate with fruits & enjoy!
