Jelly & Mascarpone Mousse Shots

  • 2 x jelly of your choice (may need more depending on the size of your shot glasses)
  • 3/4 pint double cream (426ml)
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 1 tub mascarporne cheese
  • fruits for decoration
  • chocolate curls / grated chocolate


  1. Recite Bismillah
  2. Make jelly according to instructions on packet.
  3. Pour about half way into shot glasses.
  4. Allow to set.
  5. Meanwhile whip the cream till you achieve soft peaks.
  6. Add the condensed milk & mascarpone cheese & whisk till well combined.
  7. Fill the mousse in a piping bag & pipe using a 1m wilton nozzle.
  8. Decorate & enjoy!
