We prefer doing this recipe in tubs or in a small dessert dish. However so that the oreo biscuit doesn’t set too hard , we put less butter.
- 5 x 15 inch tart pan
- 330g oreos
- 110g melted butter
- 200g chopped milk chocolate
- 100g chopped dark chocolate
- 200 ml double cream
- Recite bismillah.
- Crush oreos & add butter.
- Pat in & around tray & freeze
- Warm cream, pour over all the chocolate & combine.
- Pour in tart pan, decorate with strawberries, chill & serve.
