
Ingredients
- 1 packet Turkish Tostada / ulker biscuits (you can even use sponge fingers, rich tea biscuits or tennis biscuits)
- 1 tbsp coffee
- 1/2 a mug boiling water
Mousse:
- 600ml double cream
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 250g mascarpone cheese
- 2 tsps coffee
- 2 tsps boiling water
- Cocoa powder
Method
- Recite bismillah.
- Prepare the mousse by whipping double cream till it forms soft peaks.
- Combine the coffee and boiling water to make an espresso shot.
- Add the espresso shot, mascarpone cheese and condensed milk to the cream.
- Whip till it’s thick in consistency like a mousse.
- For the biscuit layers, combine the coffee and water.
- In a dessert dish of your choice, dip the biscuits in coffee and lay them at the bottom. Add a layer of coffee mousse. Repeat as needed depending on your dish.
- Dust with cocoa powder.
