Chicken tikka & chips

Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken (cut into strips)
  • 1 block homemade marinade (see recipe)
  • 3 tsps Schwartz peri peri spice
  • 2 tsps tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp minced / crushed red chilli (paste)
  • 3 tbsps rivonia chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 big onion (sliced)
  • green chillies (ringed)- optional

Method

  1.  Recite Bismillah
  2. Marinate chicken, onions & green chillies in above ingredients.
  3. Heat oil in pan. Add chicken & cook on high till tender & oil releases.
  4. Serve with chips & condiments of your choice.
