- 500g boneless chicken (cut into strips)
- 1 block homemade marinade (see recipe)
- 3 tsps Schwartz peri peri spice
- 2 tsps tandoori masala
- 1 tsp minced / crushed red chilli (paste)
- 3 tbsps rivonia chilli sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 big onion (sliced)
- green chillies (ringed)- optional
- Recite Bismillah
- Marinate chicken, onions & green chillies in above ingredients.
- Heat oil in pan. Add chicken & cook on high till tender & oil releases.
- Serve with chips & condiments of your choice.
