Ingredients
- 1 bunch methi bhaji
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 tin cream style sweetcorn
- 2 eggs
- 1 medium onion grated
- 1/2 cup gram flour
- 1/2 cup semolina
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 2 tsps sugar
- Salt to taste
- Green chilli paste to taste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
Garnish:
- Sesame seeds
Method
- Recite Bismillah.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour into a oven proof dish. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Bake till golden on top.
- Cut into squares Enjoy!
