
~Recipe Credit: Mummy Bobat~
Ingredients
- 1 bunch methi bhaji
- 1/2 tin cream style sweetcorn (or sweetcorn blended with milk)
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 small eggs
- 1 medium onion grated
- 1/4 cup gram flour
- 1/4 cup semolina
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- Green chilli paste to taste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
Garnish:
- Sesame seeds
Method
- Recite Bismillah.
- Combine all the ingredients except the baking powder in a bowl. (Add the baking powder just before baking).
- Preheat oven to 180C fan oven (gas mark 4).
- Pour into a 7 inch square oven proof dish. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake till golden on top.
- Cut into squares Enjoy!
