
Ingredients
- 225ml full fat milk
- 100g sugar
- 200g Belgian chocolate
- 450ml double cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
Method
- Recite Bismillah.
- Heat all the ingredients in a pot till the chocolate melts & it is well combined.
- Refrigerate for 6 hours.
- Whisk using electric whisk for 1-2 mins.
- Place in a ice cream machine according to it’s instructions. We have the cuisine art ice cream machine which gives you delicious creamy ice cream in 45 mins!
