Belgian Chocolate Ice cream

Ingredients

  • 225ml full fat milk
  • 100g sugar
  • 200g Belgian chocolate
  • 450ml double cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Method

  1. Recite Bismillah.
  2. Heat all the ingredients in a pot till the chocolate melts & it is well combined.
  3. Refrigerate for 6 hours.
  4. Whisk using electric whisk for 1-2 mins.
  5. Place in a ice cream machine according to it’s instructions. We have the cuisine art ice cream machine which gives you delicious creamy ice cream in 45 mins!
