
Ingredients
- 4 triple chocolate muffins
- 250ml chocolate milk / yazoo or according to preference
- 300ml double cream
- 165g Philadelphia cheese
- 1/4 tin condensed milk or to taste
Chocolate layer:
- 250g milk chocolate
- 250ml double cream
- 2 cups Coco Pops mega pops
- 50g melted chocolate
- Cocoa powder
- Crushed Oreos / chocolate curls
Method
- Recite Bismillah
- Crumble the muffins into desired size serving dish.
- Pour chocolate milk over the crumbled muffins.
- Whisk Philadelphia cheese, double cream and condensed milk and till thick but still pourable.
- Pour the cream over the muffins.
- For the chocolate layer melt the chocolate.
- Bring double cream to a simmer. Add to the melted chocolate and stir using a whisk till well combined. Allow to cool .
- Take the melted chocolate and add to container / zip lock bag with the coco pops. Close / seal and shake till the coco pops are coated. Then add enough cocoa powder and shake again till the cocoa pops are coated. However we are not a big fan of this viral idea so chocolate curls / crushed Oreos it is.
- Add the chocolate mixture , followed by the coated coco pops to the cream layer.
- Refrigerate for a few hours .
