- Ready to roll puff pastry (we prefer sainsburys / asda own make)
- 300ml double cream
- Strawberry jam
- Strawberries
- Milk
- Sugar
- Icing sugar
Method
- Recite Bismillah
- Preheat oven to 180c
- Cut puff pastry into squares & place on baking tray.
- Brush with milk & sprinkle sugar on top.
- Bake at 180 till lightly golden for 10 mins.
- Then turn the temperature down to 100c and bake till crispy.
- Spread jam, pipe cream & sandwich the squares together.
- Dust with icing sugar & enjoy!
does the pastry have to be rolled out even though its ready rolled?
