Cream Puffs


Ingredients

  • Ready to roll puff pastry (we prefer sainsburys / asda own make)
  • 300ml double cream
  • Strawberry jam
  • Strawberries
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Icing sugar

Method

  1. Recite Bismillah
  2. Preheat oven to 180c
  3. Cut puff pastry into squares & place on baking tray.
  4. Brush with milk & sprinkle sugar on top.
  5. Bake at 180 till lightly golden for 10 mins.
  6. Then turn the temperature down to 100c and bake till crispy.
  7. Spread jam, pipe cream & sandwich the squares together.
  8. Dust with icing sugar & enjoy!
